# Help and tips: Stop Smoking for Good

## How does the daily email work?

Every day, at the hour you choose, you get one short email written for you from your quit day, your strongest trigger and your reason. It holds one step for today, a quote from history’s greatest minds and a 1-minute drill.

## Is this medical advice?

No. It is habit support and education. It does not diagnose or treat anything and never recommends a medicine or product. For help with nicotine withdrawal or quit medicines, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. Many countries also have a free quitline.

## Who writes my email?

An AI model running on Cloudflare writes your daily message from your answers. The quotes come from a checked list and are never invented. If the AI is unavailable, you get a prepared message instead.

## Can I change the time or tone, or pause?

Yes, in Manage: pick the email time, a gentle, direct or coach tone, or pause for 3 or 7 days. Every email also has a one-click stop link.

## What is free?

Craving help, the quote of the day and the 1-minute drill on the home page are free for everyone, always. The personal daily email and your progress page are free for 3 days, then €1.99 per month.

## Can I use it on several devices?

One subscription works on up to 3 of your devices on your home network. Sign in on each device with your email.

## How do I cancel?

In Manage, choose Cancel subscription. No further payment is taken, and your emails continue until the end of the month you paid for.

## What happens to my data?

We keep only your email, your answers, your settings and a few technical identifiers. The pack price and pack size you enter stay on your device. You can delete everything in Manage at any time. Details are on the Privacy page.
